I love KIA Service is phenomenal. However I do know a few people in the dealership and I can't say what I read below is true. I know that Lindsay is a wonderful sales person. She goes the extra mile to accommodate you. Very honest and sincere. Even though I bought a Chevy Trax I still go to the KIA Sider for Service. I love their Service Team. Jeannie is amazing. Kristen is a hard worker. They really care. I still go to that side for service.
Great Service although they're were not to great a giving directions. But I lack in that myself, hence how I found out about them, lol Great waiting room very comfortable. I will be bringing my car back as needed.

I went in for recall repair today and was treated like royalty. I had both recalls repaired and my oil changed plus a wash and vacuum all for absolutely no charge. I didn't buy my Kia at Regal and I wasn't there to spend money, so I wasn't pressured in any way to do anything other than enjoy a snack and drink in their lounge! I'll definitely be looking to Regal for my next purchase! 😁

I took my 2013 Kia Soul in for a check engine light..I was impressed with the waiting area. Comfy chairs, snacks and popcorn! The service was great also I wasn't left in the dark about the car. It was handled in a timely order, for not having an appointment.
I would like to thank Alaina for taking care of my issues.. Its nice to know that someone is willing to take care of any issues and make me feel comfortable with my purchase.. I feel comfortable recommending anyone to go buy there and I myself would buy there again.. And as for my car, well all my friends-family love the look and price of it..
