went to this Regal 2 times in the last 3 months to have the same part repaired was told both times vehicle was fixed, here I am today back at kia for the same reason and now they are saying that won't fix the vehicle now cause they are losing money on it... asked for a manager they fake called him he wasn't even in the office today, big liars and frauds!!!
