Bought two cars from Regal Kia! Need a manufactures invoice, “you need to come in for it”, we were told. Drove to Lakeland and was told “we will email it to you.” No email, talked to Mike Galloway, the GM, “I’ll take care of it.” That was last week! Nothing! Customer service failure!
