Sam was very helpful and transparent. I changed my mind and given my budget had to go with a different option, but he was very supportive in this decission and helped understanding the refurbishment process we would have to undergo, regardless of the contractor.

I did not actually progress to the build stage but I will say that Sam who I dealt with when getting a quote was courteous, thorough, and did a great job explaining and communicating. They identified previous projects they had done that were similar to what I was asking for a quote on, and showed photographs and drawings, which was a nice touch. Can't speak for the quality of work, but 5 stars for customer service and communication.

Refresh renovations did some work fixing tiling and grouting in our bathrooms. Sam had good communication and gave a reasonable quote. The work was carried out very soon after we agreed on the quote to a very high standard. Peter who did the work worked hard and communicated well with us. We are very happy with the result. One star removed because mid-work they told us that the tiles were loose and we would have to pay more to inject adhesive behind them. It was clear they were loose before the quote. Really happy with our finished kitchen extension, looks really great. The team knocked down a problematic wall, installed bifold doors, and helped us fit a lovely kitchen and island. And aftercare has been great, almost 1 year on.
