Roger and Tracy at Refresh Renovations fully refurbished one of my rental properties in Brighton ready for re-letting. It was very tired and needed a new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, decoration and tidying up some electrics. Tracy and Roger are very kind and approachable. They gave me their expertise in arranging the renovation of my hallway, stairs and landing. I was very pleased with the result. However, the loft hatch which was an important part of this renovation, was left unsatisfactorily finished even though I continued to say how important it was was for me. Despite this, I would recommend them and their company.
