I stayed at the refinery hotel last week it was my first time in New York and I absolutely loved it and the staff was so friendly and helpful
We stayed here for four nights 1st-4th April. Staff are outstandingly helpful. We went for a drink at the rooftop bar on our first night but found it too busy and had to wait 45 minutes for a table so we had one drink and left. Very beautiful but just too busy. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathroom is stunningly beautiful and shower is huge. The hotel is in the perfect location. About 15 minutes or so on foot to Times Square. Would highly recommend. Friendly service, nice rooms, amazing top floor bar.
This hotel had such great reviews and we decided to give it a try. The noise level in our room was just awful. For two days there was construction outside our window, at 11:30 pm. I Called and complained to the staff and they couldn’t help me. Would never stay here again. Also, the rooms were not very well kept. Very disappointed for the amount of money we are paying.
