We had a wonderful stay at the Refinery Hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff were great. We especially appreciated the front desk and valet staff. They went above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the food at both restaurants was delicious. We will definitely stay again. Thank
Reservations dept was difficult to get thru too almost gave up... BUT everything from our arrival, meeting Raymond was all uphill! The staff could not been nicer, text messages Checking on our stay was very nice, food was awesome! We will be back!!
rooftop is awesome, to think I worked in that building as an Apprentice electrician 10 years ago hmm, that place rock.
This is one of the best known “secrets” in NYC. Well appointed rooms, delicious food, and beautiful rooftop. Highly recommend.
Have been to NYC probably a dozen times and planned a quick trip with my wife to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. Spent several hours combing hotels.com reviews and different locations I search of the perfect spot. That said, I had initially booked the Arthouse hotel and last minute had an inkling to change. Loved our stay here. Staff were friendly good room service clean spacious rooms & a gorgeous roof top bar.

Everyone at the Refinery were absolutely wonderful. The staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They even came In The evenings opened our beds and put slippers out!! We loved it. The restaurant was fantastic 10/10. I highly recommend a stay/ meal next time you are in NYC. Thanks again team at Refinery for making our stay so memorable .
