Even though it was bitter cold outside, this was one of our best trips to New York thanks to the wonderful staff at The Refinery Hotel. Fabulous rooms with the most comfortable beds, spacious bath, unique features around every corner. Most notable was the rooftop lounge with a fireplace, views of the Empire State Building and wonderful food. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed as a family of 4 at Refinery Hotel over Christmas 2017. Perfect hotel. One of the best I ever stayed.
Loved it ... very cool ambiance ... the fragrance burning when you walked in front door was soothing and comforting ... Rooftop bar was my favorite!
Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff who were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us without being overbearing. We stayed for a week and found the hotel to be clean at all times and the beds were so comfortable especially after walking round the city all day!! The jazz and roof top bars are a must even if you don’t decide to stay here. All in all we had a truly wonderful week made perfect by this lovely, quirky hotel ... would highly recommend.
Came for one night for a getaway without the kids. The hotel did not disappoint! Staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location was great! Also, loved the rooftop!
Holiday ruined and still paying for it now! They took an unauthorised $300 deposit from my account and said it would take 4-5 working to be put back into my account and 8 working days I’m still waiting! Rang from the UK and a manager was mean to call me but hasn’t! Terrible customer service and steel ur money and run! Don’t stay here on a budget!
