Our experience at the hotel was excellent! The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooftop bar and on site restaurant were fantastic! We were celebrating our anniversary, so when we returned to our room from the rooftop, there was a bottle of wine and cookies in our room! So nice! We did have a glitch with waiting for our car the next morning. It took an hour to retrieve it from the garage, however, the parking fee was comped for us which made up for the inconvenience of waiting. We definitely plan on returning in the futu... read more

Awesome hotel. Roof top bar is amazing at night. Lobby band on Friday was phenomenal. House wine pretty darn good. Only negative is Road noise at night but I think that's everywhere in NYC.
