Me and my partner stayed here on the 30th December for 5 nights what a beautiful hotel on arrival wee were upgraded the rooms are lovely the roof top bar and jazz bar were also beautiful great views from the roof top also the staff are really nice and very helpful recommended us places to go on one of the nights girl at the reception help book us in to restaurant after paying our bill we then received champagne on behalf of the refinery hotel what a lovely thing to do would definitely recommend this hotel and well done to th... read more
We loved this hotel, our room was really big for a New York hotel, from the the minute you walk in, with the amazing aroma of scented candles, everyone was really friendly. The door men were so helpful with advice on where to go to eat. Great location to the good shops and Times Square. The roof bar is very cool and a great atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again. !!!!!
This hotel is wonderful. So happy I am staying here. Today was my first day with my new job and I'm in the city this week for training, and as stressful as it is, Refinery has made it so easy. They have great amenities and despite my numerous questions, AMAZING staff!
