We had the best night at The Refinery! We look forward to coming back!!

WARNING! Under no circumstances stay in this hotel. My rolex watch was taken from my room by staff. After almost 2 months of emails between the hotel and their insurance company there has been no outcome of even an apology. I will now be taking this into my own hands legally. I urge you not to book at this hotel. I certainly will never be staying there again. I will also be making sure now of my family/friends and clients will be staying here either. DISGUSTED!!
