Amazing hotel & fantastic service! Great view of the city from the rooftop bar. Loved the room decor & the extremely comfortable bed! Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to NYC!

I'm actually posting this from my room this evening. Between the road noise from outside and the drunken idiots singing in the hallway, it doesn't look like we'll be getting much sleep tonight. The folks in the room next to us must not be feeling well because I can hear them slamming their toilet seat up and down. I stay in the city all the time. Some noise is expected. This is ridiculous. Very disappointed with our stay.
