Stayed in June headed Back in March!!! Can't wait loved our stay at this fabulous hotel. The best customer service ever!!
This is gotta be one of the best hotels we have stayed in . Decor is so modern ,the location is perfect ,everything near by and the staff ,nothing is too much trouble ,we will be back .
We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this gem of a hotel. What a fabulous place it is. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly, the rooms are spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Loved, loved the rooftop bar! The highlight of our stay was an al fresco glass of wine with a view of the Empire State Building. Without doubt the best hotel experience we've ever had, cannot fault it.....we will be back. Oooh, just noticed I can rate you. Of course 5*, stayed with you August 2013. Hotel full of character,friendly staff and easy reach of what New York has to offer which is endless such a awesome place. Would definitely return to this hotel, wonderful memories, love it.

Chic and refined, this gem of a hotel is a place I'll come back to. I was wowed by the staff, in awe of the decor and overall just so impressed with the experience.
I am on my way home from an amazing 3 day/2 night stay at the Refinery. With 3 roommates I was worried we would feel cramped at a midtown hotel but the manager checking us in upgraded us for the extra space, and that was only the start of our stellar service. From the gorgeous decor to the front desk staff and thanks to the delicious food and to Phil who manages the rooftop bar (who got us seated on a busy Friday night) we had an amazing trip. I will be back!
We had an absolutely perfect anniversary weekend at the Refinery Hotel. The rooms were super clean and large for NYC! The staff was so friendly and accommodated our every need. The location is close to shopping, bars, restaurants, & sites. We will always stay here while in the city :)
Awesome hotel, comfortable, well laid out, amazing service. Highly recommended.
