This hotel is fabulous! We moved to this hotel from another one, where we were having a terrible time. Moving to the Refinery changed our trip! It's a beautiful place with well-appointed rooms. We ate at the Rooftop and at Parker & Quinn, and loved both meals. We will definitely stay here every time we come to NYC and will happily recommend it to all our friends!

Hate to review this place because then everyone will know. One of the great boutique hotels NYC. Can't think of one negative. The rooms are incredible. Friendly staff. A real gem. Rooftop bar with spectacular view of the Empire State Building.
