RecommendedThis weekend was our first time there, we will be back! The level of design is fantastic and the entire property was spotless. Staff was over the top accommodating and gracious. I highly recommend the Refinery as your midtown choice. Rooftop bar is pretty spectacular as well!

The vibe is lovely 😊. My room was gorgeous with a gorgeous view of Empire State. So room 1201 is a great room. In room bar and products are amazing. Location wow 😮, the absolute best. Will definitely return. The only minor improvement, staff need to be faster.

So we are here now for our anniversary. I am blown away but the amazing customer service. They brought us a gift for staying with them for our special weekend. The decor in the rooms are so beautiful and the bathroom........ out of this world. I love how we get text from staff making sure our stay has been great daily. Like I said the customer service is top notch!!

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff is always friendly willing to help. They have a bar with music on certain nights and the best roof top bar in the city. Parker and Quinn restaurant is next door so you really never have to leave if you don’t want. It’s all here. Beautiful rooms and wonderful people.
