Fantastic hotel with staff that go the extra mile! Great rooms with comfy beds. Nothing is too much trouble, would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
You are not a cheap five stars you are an expensive four stars lying to people about the fact you are a five stars. I stayed in the studio queen room. Really bad room, small, noisy and wears everywhere on the furniture.
Great rooms and awesome staff
We visited the Refinery July 25th. We flew in from Seattle overnight on our 20th anniversary and finally arrived at this amazing hotel at 8am.
