I walked in off the streets in tears my hair was a mess from box dye I was in shock at the state of my hair they helped calm me down they gave me a good look at the damage washed my hair treated it did magic to be honest they were so friendly and understanding 4 hairdressers turned me away crying but not reef thankyou will only be using you for my hair in the future.
