I find the best opportunities for customer service are not when things go correctly, but when they go wrong and how a company handles it. I booked online the evening before for a Wednesday night stay, for whatever reason my actual booking became a Sunday night. Good value for money, I wouldn't eat at the restaurant (not affiliated) opposite the hotel ever again.. but the hotel staff were alright

Was exactly what was expected for a no frills low star place to sleep and it was perfect for us. If you want better then go and pay a lot more it's as simple as that. Room was big enough, bed a good size. Shower was very powerful and really hot. Good value for money. Taste of India next door was good too.

Upon arrival at the establishment, we encountered a group of individuals who initially appeared to be hostile but became amicable upon the offering of food as a form of appeasement(Rats). The accommodations were satisfactory, commensurate with the cost.
