Stood at the the reception desk to make an enquiry! Was ignored for at least 10 minutes, eventually a rather rude hairdresser,looked up from her client and said "Are you waiting" to which I should have said no I'm waiting for a bus! However I just said why do you think I'm standing here,then I said just forget it and walked away! A couple of weeks ago I was passing and asked the receptionist how much a dry cut would be as id already washed my hair she quoted £39 so again I laughed and walked away! I had my hair cut and blow dried today with the lovely Lillia and a lovely haircut it is. Very happy customer!
