We would not recommend buying a house from Redmile. There is a serious lack of attention to detail, issues that you really shouldn’t have to expect moving into a new home, and the evasive customer service loves to fob you off throughout. We’ve faced several issues throughout the 2.5 years we’ve lived here and more often than not been met with an “oh well, we’re not going to do anything about it” attitude. Thanks to Andy fox and Steve West for the afterservice we received. Any problems they sorted it on day no problem to hard to sort. Also thanks to girls in office who looked after us from start to finish. Our family so happy in new house.
