Great fitness team , love the classes all welcome
I go twice a week to mick’s classes its a great workout with a great Mixture of people who go
I have known Mick since way before lockdown, I used to attend his Body Pump classes. However, like everyone life and emotions got in the way and my fitness fell away to practically zero and I manage to eat my body weight in food and drink and then some!! During lockdown Mick and a few of his fitness buddies started a FB group called Lockdown Physical and Mental Health and they would run on-line classes 3-4 times a week, ranging from Metafit to Body Combat and FBX and they were always on had for a chat if need be.
