Great experience with Redbrick, Slawka was very friendly from the first viewing and made the whole process of the application fast and seamless. The communication was great and Slawka was very responsive answering all of our questions and getting things sorted for us to move in. Customer service was wonderful, overall would definitely recommend - thank you.
Redbrick are a genuinely terrible letting agent. We found the property in a disgusting state, and it had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenants (including mouldy food found in kitchen cupboards). It was clear they hadn't even looked at the property before our tenancy started. We cleaned the property from top to bottom; however, Redbrick held onto most of our deposit on departure.
