I do not recommend this hotel! The rooms are nice. However we booked the snooze and cruise package. We left 2 vehicles On the lot while we were on our cruise. Went to pick up our vehicles this morning. Our friends truck was GONE! per hotel it was not towed. So must have been stolen from a secured lot! Our vehicle was damage on the side Police report filed and general manager called but wont come in until Monday to pull tapes. Uma amiga já se hospedou lá e encontrou o quarto todo revirado após chegar de um passeio. Teve vários pertences furtados. O hotel não deu nenhum suporte ou satisfação. Completa falta de respeito com os clientes !!!

I am editing my review based on the customer service I received over the phone from Nancy. She was working the desk last night and when I expressed my concern she addressed my concerns quickly. (Senior insulin dependant guest) I am going to bump the review to a 3, based on this service. Hotel definitely needs a refurbishing and is not close to anything just an fyi..(apart from the airport)
Hotel sucio, huele mal, gatos por todo lado, PÉSIMO servicio al cliente, instalaciones viejas y en mal estado y un desayuno deficiente... Valore muy bien hospedarse en este lugar porque su estancia puede ser algo muy lamentable...

Outdated, needs some work and thought it was fairly clean but my man and myself woke up after staying 1 Night with huge Red Welts that to me looks and feels like Bug Bites on our Hands, Feet, Arms, and Back so I'm thinking Bed Bugs although I didn't physically see any but I also wasn't looking
