the rooms had cockroaches .not enough towels . old shampoos . noisy . dirty pool. the only positives were the location and front office crew.

We booked a room for 5 people and were not given a trundle bed or couch for the 5th person. We requested a blanket and pillow so my child could sleep on the FLOOR and they would not give us a 5th pillow only another blanket! We were offered a shuttle service to our port and paid in advance, and then attempted 3x before we were able to actually schedule, coming down when the concierge said the man was available. I have experienced something very strange and unusual. I don't know if it's the hotel itself or the room that I have booked. Room 405, experienced weird activities. I don't want to say that room is haunted, but I did felt uncomfortable about weird noises of footsteps not in the hall, but inside the room. And bathroom door suddenly opens by itself.

Disappointed is a hotel disgust, for its category, in the front desk, which are the first face of bienvinida, are extremely hostile, especially Ms. Lucy NY. Leave a lot to say to others the rooms are super old. with humidity probrelans, leaks and smell of fungus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT NOR FOR ONE NIGHT.
