I'd give it a zero if I could! The room is filthy! The noise level is ridiculous! My door hardly locks, I don't feel safe here! (I'm stuck here for 4 more nights!!)
Great location , close to the airport, they need to have a Dine- In restaurant and travel assistance to help guests get around.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! THE SERVICE IN RECEPTION IS THE WORST THING I HAVE ALREADY SEEN IN MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER RETURN!
The hotel is across from Miami Airport. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the AC works great. I was disappointed with the breakfast. There were two pancake machines, neither worked. I told the staff and all they did was put an Out of Order sign on them. Half of the toasters were out of order. If you are spending one night and don't care about breakfast, this hotel is for you.
