Horrible communication. Rooms where dirty and the a/c was broken (the maintenance guy was the only thing decent about the stay).
Booked the wrong dates… Manager worked for 2 1/2 hours to get us a room on a night where almost all hotels in the area were booked are going for a very high price! We appreciate all her effort and she did finally get us a room we are loving it here great location great staff!!! Could not be happier with our choice!
Hospitable staff....very friendly and welcoming! Great price for being right next to the airport. I had a room in the first (front) building that was clean and comfortable. Would recommend if you are on a budget...parking and a light breakfast were included.
My friend is having real problem with the attention at the desk. You can be rude to an adult, but being rude to a child?

La habitación que elegí esta muy buena. El desayuno es muy diferente a lo que conocemos en Sudamérica. Muy básico y precario considerando la tarifa que uno paga. Y algunas funcionarias muy incompetentes y no saben dar solución por si solas. Parecen idiotizadas.
