Good food, wait staff was cold and impersonal. Great atmosphere
Staff was great, food so yummy. Burger was cooked just right!
Might want to get more than 1 person to work in to go. I waited longer for my to go order than it would have been for an hour wait for a table. They only had 1 person working the to go, and several other girls standing around doing nothing.
I was with a group of about 15 - 20 ladies. I came in a little later than most of the group. Katie was phenomenal. When she waited on our table she noticed I was new and asked me what I wanted. I didn't need to wait that long. I am a little indecisive but she was patient. What impressed me the most was when it was time to pay. Most of us were paying separately. So about 20 of my friends and I decided to have a girls night out on a Friday night. We had to wait an hour to be seated, but this we expected being it was a Friday. But our server once we were seated can be described in one word: Awesome! We have gone out as a large group to other establishments and have had horrible service. We came in with a party of 22! Katie our server was amazing making sure we had drinks and split Our checks up.. Our food was fast n tasty.. Definitely will go AGAIN
We came on a Friday afternoon 10/06/17- First time at this location the hostess was good the server was okay, but the order was wrong and cold asked for meat with no pink and no onions it came with onions and was pink a basic red Robin cheeseburger. We told our server and he stated we could wait and he'll fix it? We had already waited 40 min for lunch. I understand they were busy but the service in my book was poor. The food not great.
