Took 12 People to dinner here a couple weeks ago. It was not a good experience. Sent a complaint to corporate office thru my rewards card. Got a BS reply saying we are listening blah blah. Never got a reply. NOT a word. I will not return to a RR again. I refuse to do service with a business that has such little regard for the customer. TO many businesses that care. That is where I will spend my money!
Do not buy into Red Robin's stupid loyalty program. You are supposed to receive a free burger in the month of your birthday. I had signed up for this loyalty program and ordered a burger thinking it would be free, but I guess since I had not updated my profile settings, the staff said I would have to wait 24 hours until I could redeem it and charged me. I had the worst experience at Red Robin the staff was rude. Made fun of me and my family because we were gay couple. I never ever go to Red Robin again worst day of my life and my family. ���
Food was good as well as service. We like this location way better than Mall location
