I met the coolest person ever at RR on Saturday while dinning at your restaurant. It was our waitress! I've never cared for RR and haven't been in there in years. After my experience, I will definitely be back. The customer service I received was awesome. I'm not sure if you train them to be awesome or it was a fluke, but I am willing to find out. AND.... the food was really good!! I've been missing out! Thanks to this waitress, (wish I could remember her name!!) I'll be back.
The Poutine was horrible! The burger was supposed to be medium well and it was rare. \The manager gave us a complimentary dessert. But not one of the good ones. Every time I go there, I hope it will be better next time. Don't waste your time or money. And the fry sauce was pretty bad too.
Was great service. Our server went above and beyond. They don't make servers like her any more. Definetly will go back.
Once again terrible service, cold food and just utterly disappointed.
