Terrible service! Our food was cold, soggy, and not appealing. We waited an extremely long time for any type of service. Our waitress had the WORST attitude, very short & snarky. The management only said sorry, we'll talk to her.
Pretty dirty on window ledges. Alot of dust and dead bugs.
We just left after a disappointing meal. Our waiter was either had to many tables or was just inattentive. My husbands food was the wrong more expensive item, when we pointed this out to the waiter he apologized and offered to exchange it except we had already sat in the abyss for 30 min. and didnt feel like spending another 30 minutes waiting. My sons pizza was cold but the pepperoni was crispy like bacon. Needless to say we wont be back for a long time.
Very disappointed in Red Robin. Customer service was horrible. Long wait for drinks and meal. Told 3 servers that it was my daughter's birthday . I have photos of her with her sundae with everyone singing for the past 9 years. Not this year. The sundae never came and we couldn't wait anymore . The one star was because the food was good, even though it took long . My husband had to go to the bar to get soft drink refills and silverware also. We will have to find another establishment for family birthday celebrations.

They severice is awful everything I go there they forget us and they never bring us the free fries
They were awesome,there to celebrate a birthday yum yum !
