09-24-2015 Very poor customer service....ordered an appetizer with our meal & it never came. When I asked the server where it was, he didn't believe we ordered one; only to come back & tell us he had forgotten about it. My salad was 90% wilted, black, soggy lettuce. The chicken sandwich I ordered had chewy pieces of meat, was uncooked around the edges & disgusting. Will not be coming back again.
Had the worst experience we have ever had at lunch time yesterday around 1 pm.. The server was so busy serving tables, we never saw him. When our order came, it was wrong but we never saw him again until it was time for our check. Terrible experience.
I love that they have gluten free options for the asking! It's nice to be able to eat out and not get sick for days after.
We visited Red Robin a week ago and it still is such a poor remembrance that I decided to comment. The food was quite Blah, service slow when we got it and then we paid an arm and a leg to cover the check. It was our 2nd time to Red Robin in 8 years and this experience was as lousy as the first time. Never again.
Just ate and had Daniel as our server. I've been in the restaurant business for almost 20 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had! Thanks Daniel °O°!
I love Red Robin plus it close where I live!
Holy cow if you are one who likes the excellent taste try a burnin love burger from red robin. It comes with a jalapeno on top and some inside with pepper jack and salsa. Yummmmm
