We had the most amazing service last night at the Eagle Road location. We went to celebrate our one year old grandsons birthday. The staff went out of there way to make sure everything was just right. The manager even checked in on us several times- The food was delicious...especially the mud pie!!!
Silverware didn’t come until after food, waitress disappeared randomly for long periods and another (I think manager) brought me more fries and more Diet Coke. Had to wait again for her to appear with bill. Typical Red Robin service anymore. Food was good.
Waitress was awesome... checked on us frequently... drinks n fries were refilled three times...
I took my family and had a great lunch and will definitely go back.
Good food and great service from our server! (Sorry, I can’t remember his name now. 🤔
I LOVE Red so much. The BLTA Croissant is yummilicious!!! The blue cheese salad dressing is perfect! The Chicken Enchilada soup is scrumpdiliishous!
