My family and I have been at the restaurant for over an hour now. We just got our first water refill, our cups have been empty for at leeast 30 minutes. All of the tables around us were sat after us and some have already eaten and left. This is the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a very long time.
Went to Dinner with my family and two of the four burgers were wrong. However after the second attempt to get the right hamburger I said "forget about it". One appetizer was completely wrong and the second appetizer they totally forgot about it, after I had asked them twice to please bring it out! Very disappointed.....

I used to be a huge fan of Red Robin until visiting this store. The service is slow and the staff are rude. I gave this location a few chances thinking maybe they’re having an off day, but I was wrong. If you want your family to wait an hour for your food, be ignored by the staff, and when you finally get someone to respond to you they act as though they are surprised you’ve been waiting for your food as long as you have but do nothing to improve the experience. I meet my friends there almost every Wednesday night and then get something to take home to my wife. Takeout seems to be a crap shoot. Sometimes the salad had dressing and sometimes it doesn’t. Tonight the Guacamole Bacon Burger did not have either Guacamole or Bacon. Service ok, but check your takeout closely.
