We came in today at around 1:45 pm and waited more than 5 minutes for a hostess to even greet us. Rather than taking us to our seats, (there were only two of us total, including me) she went outside for another 5 minutes. When we finally got to our booth, our server brought us dirty utensils and told us she would be right back. We waited almost 10 more minutes before we got up and left. I called into place an order tonight and sat on hold for 20 minutes the gentlemen said no to go orders. Then he hung up on me. I called backed to ask ask for a manager sat on on hold another 15 minutes. Rachel answered place me back on hold. I told her, I would wait. She transferred me to a call center.
