Staff was horrible! They have no sense of urgency
At Toys R Us we always tell guest to go to Red Robin. You guys have the best food and great service. Our store is really going to miss recommending guest to your restuarant. We trust you guys treat our customers right after toy shopping. Thank you for being a great company to suggest to our guest.
Horrible service, they took our name told us 10 minutes then 30 minutes later when I asked how much longer they said we were not on the list. The said that they would seat us right away, then took another 4 top ahead of us. This is the worst Red Robin in the Valley! We will never eat here again
Food was excellent as always. Love the sweet potato fries, I always as for more.
RecommendedAble to accommodate special diets. I was gratified that they offered gluten free fries and buns so my children could eat safely. They also offer bottomless steamed broccoli as an alternative to their bottomless fries. It was quite good and I was able to meet my difficult food needs.
A good time celebrating Wills birthday and mine at same time had a very good time.
On a Sunday afternoon (1:30ish)... waited 35 minutes for a table, 20 minutes before we were acknowledged by wait staff and only because I flagged someone down only to be told he’d be right back. 10 minutes later, after the waiter saw the manager was getting involved, he came and asked what we would like. I asked for some water because of how long we had waited with nothing to drink and he acted like that was a ridiculous request. I went gor lunch and was standing in tge front for 10 minutes while the histess lady was talking to her fruends in the kitchen....then the server stood by my food on the counter from the cooks for over 6 minutes, making me have to get my lunch in a to go box and my wifes in a to go box, i got to enjoy cold fires and burger, and my wife i assume is in for the same treat.
