We had a good experience here. We had good service and the food was good. My son ordered a desert and was in heaven.
If your in Lubbock don't come to Red Robin! Waitress is Great but the kitchen is so slow, we been here 1 hour and no food! Manager needs to get control of her kitchen! WON'T COME BACK!!!!!
They have awesome Burgers !!! really enjoy eating there.
We had a great visit yesterday. Efrain was an awesome server. Very kind, attentive and overall made our visit great!!
We usually love Red Robin but even though it was completely empty, it took and hour for extremely burnt food, and our order was not correct, with two really hungry kids and an extremely bored 1 year old, we ate what we could and just left, we didn't want to wait another hour for food when it was a 2 hour drive to get there.
I really want to love this Red Robin and have had wonderful experiences at other locations but this one is just consistently bad. We went today for my birthday and had a long wait even though 1/3 of the tables were empty. When we finally made it to a table the whole thing was sticky and the thing that held the salt and pepper was crusted with sticky and dirt. Had to send my burger back twice and when I finally got to eat my fries were swimming in oil. Don't waste your money here when there are much better and cleaner burger ... read more
