Good burgers, great fries, the best Long Island iced tea I've ever had, and just a great restaurant in general. REEEEEEDDDDD ROBINNNNNNNN
Food was pretty good but the service was awful! The whole experience started off by the drink order being completely wrong! I mean how do you get sweet tre and soda wrong🙊. Next came the food. Pretty sinmple 3 of 6 burgers were supposed to be bunless! They got that wrong. One just wanted to add an egg a side of guacamole and mayo! The service was bad, the table next to us never got cleaned. This was at 3 pm on a Saturday and the place was dead! There were only 2 other tables that had people at it while we were there. The manager was just walking around. Never stopped to check on us or tell anyone to clean the table next to us.
Stay away bad food and horrible service. Came in on a Sunday at 4:30 place was not busy no excuse.
Wow, I thought it was only us that had received bad service and thought that the hostess needed to be terminated. Lol I don't even need to go into detail cause so many have pointed out our exact experience. It is sad cause Red Robin is one of my favorite burger spots.
Second time for us to visit this location. Very disappointed. Food was good and came out quickly, but that was the last time we saw our server. No more bottomless fries, no refilled drinks, no "would you like to see the dessert menu". No tip. I could understand if it was during the lunch rush but there were 5 people in the resturant!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Food is always good, but bad customer service cancels out any good that can be savored from the food. Almost impossible to accommodate a large family in a timely manner. Not sure if reservations are welcome here, but I observed a large group of people wait for 30 minutes when a more than adequate table was available and being held for another group who wasn’t even there for another 20 minutes after that. A.j. Was a great server, very personable and knew the right questions to ask to make sure our meals came out just the way we wanted. Sunday nights are usually a bit busy during dinner times but he was attentive and made sure we had everything we could need. Great job red robin! You definitely earned the Yummmmm tonight!
