The burgers were great the garlic fries could’ve been a little bit better but still overall everything was good
It was my first time there and it was good. My Grandaughter Hailey is a sensitive eater and she loves this place so that’s enough for this gma to eat there

Today was a nation-wide burger deal for teachers. They apparently didn’t get the memo in the Lubbock kitchen that it was any kind of a special event since they were backed up so badly that they couldn’t even seat waiting guests. Due to the kitchen being 45 minutes to an hour behind, my initial 45 minute wait got extended to an additional hour or more. Very disappointed in this terrible planning on what should have been a nice treat. I would like to see this offered again - with proper planning.
Service and food was awesome!! Our first time eating at a Red Robin, we are fans.
