Service was terrible. Ordered and order was all wrong. Had to ask several times to get drink refills.
Just went in to Red Robin in Lubbock. There was already 10 people waiting to be seated and no host or hostess, we waited a long time, and I had to ask a bus-boy for the host or hostess. When she did show up we were all told we had to wait to be seated. We could clearly see empty tables. When asked about it she said some sections were not open and she was having to set people when tables opened up. This is unacceptable and down right stupid. Won't go there ever again. Food wasn't great especially for what is charged for a burger it's ridiculous. A four meal burger deal was over 80 bucks and to top it off fries were cold. I honestly should of just went some where else for better tasting food.
Service and the food was great. Just wish my friend Tina was working.
