The burgers are always good! I had clam chowder which was very tasty and my nephew had a great burger! Staff was attentive but a bit over worked!
We love Red Robin BUT today was NOT a good experience. Our server, Tina, was running around like a crazy person while everyone else is the front of the house were just kinda "there". It took over an hour for our food to get to the table, but not for lack of Tina working the whole entire half of the restaurant by herself... Including acting as the hostess after some people left when they weren't seated after waiting 20 minutes AND bussing tables. Food was very good, when it finally arrived. Took a very long time to get it. Waiter seemed busy with every table but ours. Usually like going there. But may re evaluate that.
My burger was OK. My husbands was cold, dry and we ordered it medium rare. Service was way too SLOW!
