Me and my daughter went Friday afternoon for lunch and to be honest the service was great but for the burger I ordered was just like a sonic burger u get wit the 9 dollar deal at sonic also we waited for our food for almost 40 min from the time when we arrived the prices on there burgers are outrageous never will I go there again I paid 80.00 dollars for a bacon burger,, guacamole burger,kids chicken stripes,kid burger,and some sandwich I don't remember the name 3 apple juices and 2 drinks.It was rediuclous if I would of gon... read more
Tried the Lubbock location for the first time today. Severely understaffed. Two waitresses for the entire lunch rush. 45 minutes for the food to come out. Everything was overcooked and the patties were charcoal. Won't be going back.
If I cld give less than this I would. The staff was careless and not attentive. If it was busy tht wld make it understandable but it was dead we waited for an hour and our drinks we had to keep on wth the waiter. We had to ask someone else for straws n cutlery. So disappointed may even b last time ever�also restrooms were filthy cleaner at a rest stop b tht says a lot.
Went for my husbands birthday Dec 2nd and the manager and wait staff were very accommodating :)

Tina at the Lubbock Red Robin was phenomenal! She was very upbeat and energetic and always made sure our drinks and fries were filled! !
Don't have the fish! �. We have been here a few times and it's been pretty good for the most part. Today it was NOT good �. The fish I ordered was not only under cooked but literally frozen in the middle �. No, after that I did not want a replacement meal �. Not planning on returning.
