Love it best food ever ��i can eat there any day
I was very impressed with the kitchen manager and our waiter. I needed to avoid several types of ingredients due to allergies, and they were very accommodating, and they didn't make me feel like I was a pain to deal with even though I asked a dozen questions. And the food was good too!
I went to lunch at Lubbock's Red Robin yesterday 10/14/16. I met a High School friend I haven't since 1972. She had never eaten at Red Robin. We both ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger/Fries. My friend ask to have guacamole added. After a 30 min wait we got our food but no guacamole and maybe 15 fries a pc. Usually the fries are overflowing......we ask for tea to go unsweet but got Very Sweet Tea. The food was ok but I've had better before at Red Robin.
25-30 minute wait for a table, when there are clearly OPEN tables. Hostess told me they are waiting for people to come to work. Shouldn't they already be at work, waiting for the Saturday dinner rush???
So good that I couldn't just have one. I ordered two of the chili cheese burgers and enjoyed every second. Great place.
Was in there last Friday afternoon with my son was greeted by 3 people was seated and host got our drinks waited over 10 minutes and never saw our server called and complained after we walked out was told a GM would call me still waiting on phone call they were not busy at the time
I ate at Red Robin in Lubbock, TX yesterday and had my first restaurant burger in six months since going gluten-free due to gluten intolerance! I had a gluten free bun and unseasoned fries cooked in a separate fryer than other foods. It was heaven! The manager even delivered it to our table separately and told me it was because of cross-contamination! Wanted to give the manager, Rodney, at Red Robin a triple thumbs up!!! He was fantastic in handling my son's milk, egg, peanut, and tree it allergies!! Very patient, attentive and thorough throughout the process. Even came out with his purple (purple for allergies) gloves on to deliver the meal
