DEEEEEEEELicious! Good Hamburgers and good fries!
Food was very good. Waitress was pretty slow and had to flag down. But place was SLAMMED!
Management does not follow through with promises to compensate dissatisfied customers. They have just lost two good customers and royalty members. I guess business and good customer service isn't high on their list of priorities...........sad!!!

Slow staff had to wait a while just to have our drink order taken. Food was good just don't know if it was worth the wait.. (the place wasn't even half full)
Burgers are decent, onion rings are great, and service is SO terrible. This is the 3rd time in about 4 months that I have been here and left wondering what the heck is going on over there. Wrong orders, no waiters, slow service, I could go on. Honestly, management is partially to blame when the service is bad on more than one occasion.
