They should use some of their money from their overpriced burgers to invest in their non existent intercom system. Waited over an hour in the cold only to find out they didn't bother to call our name outside. Hostess flat out lied about it saying they had. She did graciously offer to put us back at the bottom of the list. Thanks for reminding me why we no long eat here. Cheers!
We waited forever for our food. Fries came out warm, kids pizza had a nice burn spot on it. As soon as our food was delivered, we ordered more fruit and fries. As i took my last bite of my burger, she brought our refills. I wanted to buy a gift card to pay for my meal and use the bonus card next year. I was told the card does not activate until 24 hours. I have been coming to Red Robin for a while, but i think today is my last visit.

Went there last night. Burger was so greasy, along with the condiments the bun was soaked. Got the Big pig out and it had 1 strip of bacon on it. They touted it as a Bacon Cheeseburger. Dropped 50.00, and feel like I could have went to Burger King and got the same for 1/4 of the price. Staff gave us the vibe that they really did not wanna be there. Will not be going back.
Was looking forward to celebrating my birthday there today with 10 friends. Called to make sure they would honor the free birthday burger the hostess said no. I asked her to check with the manager she put me on hold. ...8 minutes later still nothing so I hung up and called my friends. We are now going to Applebee's. Not only have they lost or business today but they sure we'll not be our first choice in the future.

Went today was told they didn't have eggs for my salad, some jargon about distributor (who cares)? Salad looked thrown together, MOD said they changed the presentation - I just wanted a salad - minus the excuses. Normally my experience here is acceptable. Bartender is all over the place- waiting tables, serving bar guests and handling to go. She didn't even mention no eggs just handed me the salad. Felt like I was intruding- not good.

Attempted lunch with my family, no crowd so we assumed this would be easy. We tolerated the sticky table and distracted waitress. We were served flat root beer floats (4). Our burgers were under cooked. My mother ordered broccoli and the hostess rushed it to the table in a plastic bag that it was obviously microwaved in..in a bowl. We all looked at her and at this point the manager was alrdy at our table, she immediately took it back and the hostess responded with, "I forgot."
