I have been to Red Robin's at other locations and love their burgers, however we have been to this one twice in the last year and I have to say the burgers are very dry here with little taste -- the only thing you taste is the ample sauce they put on the burger -- Chili's has much better burgers.

It was terrible; asked for the manager he never came out. Just wanted to give him a heads up about the strawberry lemonade. The strawberries are bad so it warped the taste... Smh
Yesterday service at red Robin was terrible our waitress name was miss.j she recommended me to get some kind of salad for we when she brought it out I was very disappointed didn't have the chicken she said it would have also the salad had a lot of hart's in it which I told her I didn't want my salad to have a lot of hart's she said the salad was pre-mixed just an overall terrible experience this go around o won't be back terrible service and it wasn't even packed in there
