I expected a long wait because it was a Saturday night. But we only waited 10 minutes. Once we got to our table the real wait started. The waitress walked past us 5 times before taking our drinks order. Then once she finally took it, we waited 15 minutes for our drinks. When she bought my husband his tea you could see what appears to be grounds in it. He thought maybe a bag busted open. Nope it was coffee. The burgers were enormous. I couldn't get my mouth open wide enough to bite into it. I had to cut it up. We had a lot of fun there!
Food and service were below standard quality if McDonalds.
The service and food is good. Like most places on a Saturday, there can be a long wait and large groups.

We waited so long that the food was free and was served the wrong burger. This was our 2nd bad experience. We won't be returning.
I've eaten at Red Robin several times and don't plan on returning. Service is slow, food quality is poor and the restaurant needs a good cleaning.
