My husband and I got a gift card to RR for Christmas so we decided to take our 3 kids for our youngest sons birthday. It was the first time any of us had been. Our waitress was very sweet and tried her best but whoever was in the kitchen kept messing up. First, both our boys got Dr. Pepper that tasted like metal. Worst for a first time experience. The women's restroom was dirty which is always a bad sign. Our table was sticky and I had to use my water and napkins to clean it. Also the staff was just not very friendly. Wasn't impressed at all.
Always great burgers. Their specialty burgers can't be beat. And the onion ring tower...well, you can't go there and not get one.

The onion straws weren't fried right so it was like eating string. Eventually we all took them off burger because it kept pulling sandwich apart. And we paid extra for them. Service was extremely slow. As a side note, I forgot my phone on the table and returned 20 mins later to get it and it was still on my table along with all the dirty dishes. No one had cleaned the table in all that time. Not the best experience, sorry
