Service sucked ass.......had to get up to get my own box......and the appetizers came after the food........like I said service sucked ass!!!
Terrible experience here in Federal Way. My purple lemonade had barely any purple flavoring and the waitress acted like it was my fault. My French Onion soup had maybe a teaspoon of broth. The waitress here really doesn't care if your food is bad.
First time I have ever walked out of a restaurant. I was seated at a corner table (which didn't bother me), sat for 15 minutes without a server acknowledging my presence. No drink offered. Nothing. The table next to me with 6 people was waited on 3 times. The lady who I thought was my server looked at me each time. The other table with 2 people were served. I purposely came around 2 pm to avoid a long wait.
My husband and I are regulars there (come in every weekend for lunch) our normal server Kaylie was working the bar today and did the best given the situation. We overheard a different server tell a guest that Red Robin no longer have people to bus tables or have runners to bring out food. It is expected the server to do everything because corporate cut this position. This is a poor decision to save money especially since corporations just received a massive tax cut. I like taking my daughter there sometime it fun to go with friends and other family
It was very packed on a Friday night. We waited 40 minutes for seating. Our server was a nice person, but she was over her depth. The food took more than 45 minutes to come out and when it did, it was mediocre at best. We probably won't be back. Too bad. We used to like Red Robin.
Very dissapointed tonight. We went for my daughter's 6th birthday. Arrived and got told it would be a 10-15 min wait but there were lots of open tables. Waited our 10-15 minutes sat down. My daughter told the waitress it was her birthday. When we got done eating the waitress brought our bill and informed is that the ice cream machine was down so they could still sing but she wouldn't get the ice cream sundae (the whole point of birthday dinner).
Its was just okay..seated after 5min. The waiter to our drink order. Drinks came..we ordered our food..service was okay at best. Our food was served..my salad was okay..my daughter ordered a plain hamburger. My bread on my salad was cold. Took awhile to get bill.
