I had the prime rib french dip and it was allright. But very expensive.

We waited at the lobby to be seated nobody even acknowledged us when we came in but then when another group came in and they were seated right away before us my husband approached the hostess and told her that we've been waiting to be helped for 10 mins she said "oh you should've come up infront so we could help you!! Whoever running this restaurant should invest on training their employees on how to have a good customer service
I wish they had a lunch menu because I don't need all that food!
I was very disappointed tonight to observe the manager (I assumed, as he wasn't wearing a name tag) speak down to, disrespect, and raise his voice to one of the young hostesses, on multiple occasions. This was done loudly, on the floor, and in front of multiple customers. The hostess did a beautiful job of keeping her composure and was not disrespectful at all. I understand that it was a busy night, but that is no reason to be so unprofessional. Correction and discipline should be done away from customers and other employees... read more
