Don't ever take away the crispy chicken strip salad �
The Federal Way RR is great. Great food, wonderful service. Especially good for those of us that want an alternative to the standard hamburger. Auburn (@The Outlet Collection), not so much. Lousy service and the food was terrible.
Very dirty place. Wasn't very clean looking. At all. Sat in the bar. Had to wait at least 10 minutes before the bar / waitress even a knowledge us. Shared fish and salad. Salad was old. And I had asked for ranch for my fish and it.took her until I had a 1/4 of my piece of fish before she brought it to me. And as she was clearing the plates she dumps the full ranch all over my jacket. You would have thought that she would have comped my lunch.and BTW it wasn't busy. I have been going to RR since I was a kid. I have always loved this place. It has food for anyone no matter their dietary requirements or requests.
Always great service but very slow this time. It was during a game though so that's justified a little
We froze! The heater wasn't working and the place was freezing! We were told it would warm up soon, but it never did.
Went to have a NYE dinner and the workers were just horrible. Cussing at each other and horrible customer service. The only nice person that helped us was the bartender. All the servers there just kept saying they wanted to go home and how irritated they were. Didn't make anyone feel comfortable or welcomed last night. Managers were no where to be found either. The food was great tho that's about it
Once we finally ordered, it took 57 minutes to get our food. No silverware, no refills on our water, didn't receive our appetizer, my son's order was wrong, and our fries were cold and greasy. The manager said he would take off one of the meals if we ate it. What??? Never going back to this location. Disgusted.
There was about 1/2 hr wait so we went to the bar and wala got seated and waited on in no time. Had an amazing burger and fries. Rest of my group had the turkey sandwich meal, beef dip meal, and I can't remember what the 4th person had but the presentation and taste of the food was awesome. The waitress was so accommodative also. First time for me and I'll go back for sure. Am from Wisconsin so hope the R.R. is as good there.
